park is now one-handed operation. only for money no help\r
to residents. they complain bout lot-rent not on time but they have no desire to help residents with upkeep or provide any ammenities. if you figure them amount of rent they collect\r
and their expense (2 maint. and poss 5 in office) they have\r
rent free offices (courtesy of Zeeman Homes) water recycleing their anual tx base that they pay is probably at framland rate as the park is sandwiched between farm fields that is owned by same people. if it were not for the 2 maintence men they have the place would be in total disaray.
