Review content:
These gentlemen damaged an inordinate amount of antiques and valuable furnishings during our move. Then they tried to glue items together so we wouldn't notice. After paying them in full - we were assured by Ronnie and Matt that we would be fully REIMBURSED for our losses. 18 months later, and the owners of Movers & Groovers have yet to honor their word as businessmen. In following up with them on payments due, and after learning they did not have proper insurance - from two different insurance companies - we have been forced to chase these ""honest businessmen"" - only to be chastised by them for doing so. At one point Ronnie even said ""I pay when I pay"". Wonder how they would feel if the customers who are paying them for a service, said the same. Stay away from Movers and Groovers - they are only about themselves!
