I purchased four tires--they were still under warranty...I went in to get a regular tire rotation and not only did they not have the courtesy to call me to let me know there was a problem...but they also told me that the tires THEY installed less than a year ago needed to be replaced. They did not check the pressure or do ANYTHING. This is the third time I have purchased tires for this vehicle, and each time there is an excuse for not honoring the warranty. I feel that since it's a Subaru, and it requires four new tires to be installed at the same time, even if only ONE is bad, this has become a convenient way for Costco to sell me four tires each time only one supposedly goes bad and they REFUSE to honor the warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
