For over a year I took our cars for oil change to Kibler's Garage. I always paid 38.00 for a Ford truck but in the last service date, I was charged $48.00. Not even the Ford dealer charges that much. I pulled out the receipts for the previous oil change done at this same location and decided to talk to the manager to find out why they did not let me know about the change in price or at least to have a note in the office at the view of the customers advising of increase in price.\r
When I talked to to the young girl in the office about the difference in price, she was very indiferent to my complaint, and basically told me that she is the daughter of the owner and they can charge any amount they want to without letting the customer know about the changes in price. She gave little importance to my complaint and to me as a customer.
