Started out so well... Travis was busy but he helped me and was obviously very good. However it all went to you what when I put down a deposit for some equipment. That's when I heard, ""I'll call you when it comes in"". Didn't get a call. I called in found out it arrived and then tried to schedule installation. ""Busy now, we'll call you back"" no call. Called the next day ""yea, busy now, I'll call you in an hour"" Nothing. By the end of the day and after days of hearing the same line, cancelled the whole thing. Awaiting my deposit back hoping this does not wind up being a legal matter.
