my experience at Kathy's Nails was EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I went there, hoping to get a fabulous set of acrilic nails... \r

When I entred the salon, all except one of the staff members (who was attending to another client) were totally ENGROSSED in PLAYING CARDS!! As I entred I mentioned I had an appointment - to which they asked me to take a seat and wait for the already busy staff member to get free. All of them resumed to playing cards and GIGGLED, uttering words in their native language, which was really RUDE!!! The owner was not around, so they were taking full advantage!\r

The busy staff member (I wish I could remember her name - she was wrinkled and petite) got free after about 45mins... She stared drilling and filing my nails... It was slightly irritating at first and then it became EXTREMELY PAINFUL as she kept poking my cuticles with her bloody nails!!!\r

At the begining of the session, I had requested her to keep the nails as thin as possible to maintain a natural look and feel... instead she coated my nails heavily with the gel solution and made it look extremely atrocious!!! At the end of the session, I has my cuticles bleeding and it was extremely painful...\r

I got so harrased by the awful staff at Kathy's... immidiately I asked them to remove the gel nails.!! And I walked out of the salon, sobbing... never to return again!!\r

I would NEVER RECOMMEND KATHY's SALON to anyone.\r

THE FREE MASSAGE PROMOTION IS A BAIT TO BRING CUSTOMERS TO THEIR SALON... THEY DO AN EXTREMELY SHODDY JOB!! THEY ARE TOTALLY MISLEADING their cutomers.....
