Review content:
This company contracted to supply and install countertops in Canada. Not legal! Many shenanigans occurred such as their declaration to us that Customs had denied their entry due to ""excessive radiation"" in the granite. Right! Finally, the product arrives, pieces broken and pieces missing. Suddenly, it is ""our"" responsibility! We disputed the bill as a result of their business practices. They did not respond. A few months later, a new charge is made against our Mastercard. Whoa! Not only were we not communicating with this company, we were not even in town when they claimed to have had me sign this charge slip. Now that's tricky! We sued these slippery fellows only to be advised by the court that their ""contract"" placed all responsibility on the buyer. Gosh, there's that buyer beware stuff again. Well, this Canuck will think twice (or never) about dealing with these upstanding individuals again. Seattle area.....be careful!
Cons: Unauthorized mastercard charge, bad contract
