I do not recommended this restaurant to anyone. My husband and I waited 15 minutes for a plate of nachos! He and I both ordered burgers at medium well. When the burgers came out 5 minutes after the nachos, my husband was upset that the burger was under cooked. We asked the server to make it right. Well after about another 10 minutes of waiting, my husband's burger came out again. Thats right again, they did not make a new burger they just reheated the one he had already taken a couple bites out of. Disappointed in the fact that they re-served him the same burger, we again complained to the server, who said that is how they normally do it. Concerned about the sanitary factor I told her that was completely disgusting and would probably never return to eat there. She talked to her manager and returned to the table to tell us that they would take 10% off the bill. Well I am sorry but 10% is not every much. What upset me the most was that Frank the owner was the manager on duty, and instead of coming and apologizing to us he continued his discussion with his lady friend that was eating there. I am sorry but when a customer is not happy with the food or the service the last thing a visible manager should do is ignore the customers. I am completely turned off by the way the whole situation was handled. I will not return to put money in Frank's pocket when he is not concerned with unhappy customers! I deserve better than that!
