At first, I really liked this shop.. it's close to my house and I don't have to sit and wait. I can drop my car off and walk home. I took my car to this shop for an oil change and similar to another customer, I was taken for a ride.... When the person changed my oil he torqued the bolt on the oil pan too much, causing the bolt to be stripped. We think that a larger bolt was put on to cover this up and the day after my oil was changed, I had significant oil leak on my car. When I called the shop asking about my receipt and an explanation of what was checked (keep in mind that I dropped the car off and picked it up the next day) they guy on the phone told me they were open until 6pm to just come in. Well, apparently I can't live my life around the hours of the Midas shop, so I didn't make it.... just be glad you were not around when I was there!!! My witchy attitude is not something to be desired.
