Review content:
New York hotties and diner maniacs beware -- this trend smasher upgrades the Tribeca and Pax American diner chic trend with ultra upgrades of ""haute"" American fare. Paradise Park also takes the former American dream -- comfort food at any hour -- and gives it what was lacking for the hot 20 something+ trendies who insist on gourmet food and fun decor along with their creature comforts. For me, Paradise Park is a dream come true -- a place to go, a stand-by, such as New York Tribeca's Bubby's -- still the afterhours favorite of neighbors Harvey Keitel, Robert De Niro and once the private lovenest of JFK jr. and his beautiful Caroline Bessette. Nashville has truly rounded the corner with settings, flare and food that would please the most cosmopolitan elite and finally allow us all a place to let our hair down. The burgers are awesome, juicy, rich and satisfying. But signature dishes are served with flare and delicious sides, even dainty salads for the less peckish. Eat and retreat in style -- and the bar menu deserves equal attention not just for full battery of beers, microbreweries and classics, but for the mixers delivered with TLC with an olive on top for those of us who need thicker fog cutters after hours.
