Was in town visiting my elderly father over the holidays, his newer Samsung plasma television went completely out, being that this is my fathers only means of entertainment it needed to be fixed or replaced fast, We were definitely not in any financial shape to replace the set for him. So we called Precision TV, they were able to come out the next day, TV works fine now, and was only a fraction of a replacement. Also the technician really helped my father understand a lot of the new features that his TV has that, in a way that he could understand, overall this was a great experience and saved a lot of money by repairing it as opposed to replacing.
