A+ Precision TV Repair got one star because I couldn't give them zero. They do a great job on their initial reply to you. They come out and collect their $90 then you don't hear back from them. Over a week has past since my part was supposed to be in to fix my TV. One week has passed since they were supposed to be out to fix my TV. I have talked to them 3 times and all 3 times, they said that they would call me back. Nothing. I have now left 4 voice messages with them trying to find out what is going on with my TV...once again nothing. For someone relying on customer service, I do not know how they stay in business. If this continues much longer, I will just take a loss on the $90 and call someone else. Beware... \r
