We just returned from our third trip with Cristal Blue Carriage (with Bill as our trusting guide) ... and what a time we had! We don't know how they do it, but CBC knows just where to take us -- particularly based on our love of bold red wines -- so that we'll get the most out of our time in Wine Country. We love discovering lesser-known wines -- especially ones that you can't just pick up off the grocery shelves. Without him, there's no way we would have found our now-favorite wines and had such entertaining/educational tour experiences. We're almost hesitant to navigate Wine Country on our own because there is a far less guarantee we'll taste as much, see as much or enjoy as much as we can with Cristal Blue Carriage. They've got relationships with winemakers and winery staff that we could only hope to have. We've seen other transportation companies simply drop off their guests without so much as opening a door or introducing them to the winery staff. Bill and Chris would never think of doing that. You're treated like royalty with them. We HIGHLY recommend Cristal Blue Carriage. We will be back for a fourth trip with them. :)
Pros: They create an itinerary based on your wine preferences and what you want to experience. You get to see Wine Country in luxury.
Cons: The trip goes by much too quickly!
