I was a patient of Dr. Raffa's for over a year and in spite of spending over $1500 was unable to get one pair of glasses or contact lenses that were satisfactory. The glasses were so bad that after examining three of the pairs Dr. Raffa sold me, a Kaiser Permanente optometrist was willing to write on KP letterhead that all three of them were totally outside of ANSI standards and completely unsatisfactory. I requested one half of my money back. Dr. Raffa refused and was unwilling to provide any reasonable resolution. I have now been seeing a different optometrist for two years and am completely happy.
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Poor quality
