in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
They helped us. We knew what we wanted, and they helped us draw it out, which is exactly what we wanted. We told them how much we wanted to spend, and they were on budget and on time. They did all the work they said they would, when they said they do it, and they cleaned up afterward.
It was great because we had no real big surprises. Everything was straightforward in the contract, so even when something unexpected came up, we knew it was possible because they had it in the contract.
