You can ask all of Jeff's customers, and they will all agree that he is a very thoughtful, honest mechanic. He has been in business for 20 years now, and I can guarantee you that if he has been in business for that long, then he is definitely doing something RIGHT! He is very kind and takes the time to explain the work that was done to my car. \r

If I were you, I would dismiss what that last reviewer said. After reading what he said, I can tell why Jeff wouldn't call him back. He sounds like one of those customers that calls like every five minutes to ask if their car is ready. He even said that he only waited ""four hours"" and then he called back down to the shop again. Anybody with some manners would only call a business once or twice a day. For anyone that has ever tried to run their own business before, you can see how this might be a problem. For one, you can't do the work when you have those kinds of customers like that guy that won't stop calling you every few minutes. \r

One thing I like about LAW Inc. is that they don't overcharge me like some places that I have been to, and that is MOST important. He always tries to give me a good deal too. I once got an estimate from another mechanic who said it was going to be about $850; LAW Inc. did the work for $500. DON'T WORRY, JEFF WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF! I have been going down there for about 4 years now, and I will continue going there as long as he is open!
