THESE PEOPLE ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. i TOOK MY CAR THERE TODAY TO HAVE THE AC LOOKED AT AND AFTER 4 HOURS CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF DIAGNOSIS. THE GUY I TALKED TO WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARS AND THEN IT TOOK HIM FOREVER TO GET A SENTENCE OUT. ON TOP OF IT HE WAS NOT MAKING ANY SENSE. HE SAID THAT THE OTHER MECHANICS I TALKED TO DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING AND SO WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY CAR HE THEN ADMITTED HE DIDNT KNOW. I WAS GETTING THE VIBE THAT THEY WERE GOING TO RIP ME OFF SO I HAD A FRIEND OF MINE TAKE ME UP THERE TO GET THE CAR AND WAS VERY POLITE WHEN ASKING FOR THE CAR. IN RETURN ALL THE GUYS UP THERE GANGED UP ON ME BEING VERY RUDE AND SAYING THAT THEY WERENT GOING TO GIVE ANYTHING AWAY AND WERENT STUPID BLA BLA BLA. I FINALLY JUST CUT THE MANAGER OFF IN MID SENTENCE AND SAID LOOK I WILL PAY YOU FOR LOOKING AT IT AND THATS IT, I REFUSE TO GET IN A RIDICULOUS ARGUMENT. EVERYONE THERE HAS SERIOUS CHIPS ON THEIR SHOULDERS. THEY DIDNT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS MOVING OUT OF STATE AND DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR THEM TO GUESS WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND DO A TEMP FIX. WORSTE PLACE I HAVE EVER TAKEN MY CAR. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN ESPECIALLY RUN!!!!!! THESE GUYS SHOW NO MERCY AND ARE TERRIBLE.
