I saw some of the reviews posted and wanted to add that I recently went to this shop and was also very unsatisfied with the attitudes and misdiagnosis I got on my truck. When I asked questions the people there acted like I was inconvienencing them by asking. I quickly became uncomfortable with the lack of communication and how long it took to get an answer and in turn decided to go elsewhere. It seems that the workers there get their bad attitudes from knowing they arent knowedgable about cars. I dont know, but I will never recommend this shop to anyone. There are way better shops in Nashville that are affordable and have people that want to help you with your car. Latondress is terrible.
