I called and ordered tires. Told the sales person the make and model of my truck. even read the sticker on the door for the correct tire size. drove 35 minutes the following day to get my new tires. checked in with the sales person, handed them my keys. and hour and a half later I go up to the counter to see what is taking so long. I was informed that the wrong size tire was ordered. I was told I ordered the wrong size, but that they could have them in the following morning. I asked WHY no one told me this right away, and the response I got was ""I wasn't the one who waited on you."" I can understand mistakes can be made, but NO ONE apologized for letting me sit there for and hour and a half. NO discount was offered. I KNOW I ordered 17"" tires and NOT 16"". But the customer at this facility is never right. I cancelled my order and I will NEVER bring my business there again nor would I EVER recommend them to ANYONE simply based on their customer service.
