Review content:
Salon 113 is a cozy place that exudes sophistication and comfort. The hair dressers make you feel at home with tea or coffee and really take the time to listen to what you want without pressure. Philip is my hair dresser and everytime I see him it's like seeing an old friend. He is dedicated to making sure you look great and is one of the most creative and outstanding cut and colorists I have ever had. If you don't know what you want, he is great at offering suggestions without requirement to agree. I will dread the day I move from Rochester, Salon 113 and it's stylists is will remain the absolute BEST Salon I have ever been to.
