These guys are terrible. We had them come to check out a tree that needed to be cut down one day,they said they would call us to let us know when they were coming to do the job,we never received a phone call. Instead they just showed up at 7am the next morning! We were sleeping,up all night with a sick baby and they were pounding and pounding on the door! My wife stuff her head out of the top window and they very rudely told her that we needed to move our car for their trucks to get into the yard. She told them that they were being rude and that we were never informed about the 7 am time! The man came back even ruder and even clapped his hands loudly at my wife after she told the man that they needed to set up another time because we were in bed and our baby was sick. Both my wife and myself became involved and had the man call his boss , we overheard him and the boss laughing! Wow and whoa! I mean the guys all looked rough,the guy laughing on the phone with his boss looked unkempt and wore a doo rag, the look went right along with his unsavory personality!! Do I have to rate them even 1 star!? This whole ordeal is real and went as far as the BBB with no resolve of the issue of course.
