Review content:
These people never respond to emails, calls or letters. I had my daughter in ther summer camp, which due to scheduling conflicts was offered regular sessions, so I paid the camp price for the regular sessions. They said they were going on shows/tournaments and would call to reschedule, they never called, I sent letters, emails, called, no one ever responded until I sent a letter threatening civil suit. Worst customer service I have ever received, not only are they condescending and don't show any consideration for their customers, they provide horrible service and ignore you once you pay. If you are going to use them, do not pay in full upfront. I would strongly suggest looking at other options.
