Review content:
The parking is a nightmare since neighborhood kids decided to turn it into playing grounds & baseball field. The staffs are not capable to control the residents or (don‘t want) to do anything about it, plus the security guard is lazy & awful. Too many kids & teenagers playing all kind of ball (softball, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis, soccer) in the parking lot, breaking your car windows, turning on the alarm system, scratching and denting your car. The adult neighborhood is also very noisy, screaming, yelling and fighting all the times, very thin walls, you can hear clearly when people talking loud, coughing or moving stuff around. Cockroache, ants, silverfish and giant spiders are everywhere (outside & inside) of buildings, pest control is available but have to keep spraying every 2-3 months to keep them from coming back. The office staffs are friendly (in pretentious/“business like” manner), rooms are nice & price’s affordable to me. \r
