These apartments were the worst place I have ever lived. Some of the tenants are on Section 8 and they cause a ton of problems. One tenant constantly would , throw eggs on my car, go after me with a knife in front of my three year old, scream all kinds of swear words , sit in front of my townhome in her truck with her music blasting,have tons of people sitting outside of her place doing the same, it went on for over a year. The office manager did nothing even with the police reports. The upper office in Clifton Park also did nothing to remedy this situation.I lost time from work to go to the office to attempt to resolve this issue. Again, the mananger did NOTHING. I also paid my rent in advance for one year at 900.00 per month. And this is the treatment I received. I moved.After moving , I received a bill for 1550.00. I phoned both offices and was told they would take care of it and that it was an error. Again, they did nothing, it ended up on my credit report. Besides the problems with the type of people they allow in , the windows are terribly drafty, and the heating bills are outrageous. If you are eligable for HEAP, then you would be fine! All staff are rude and not helpful. All they are concerned about is the rent! This is not a place for professionals to live. You may be better off in the BRONX! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It would be a huge mistake.
