I have been going to Branchinelli's since I was a kid and I have yet to have a bad experience there. I have visited several Italian restaurants and I keep coming back to Branchinelli's. The restaurant's low prices and wide variety caters to everyone. The BEST manicotti out there. I believe their crowd speaks for itself. Also visit their other location which is pizza only in Port Jefferson Station, NY - Colosseo's. Their pizza is one of the best I've had in NY.
Pros: Inexpensive, Clean
