American Executive Centers-great staff A colleague of mine who has extremely high standards called while I was out Friday and left me a voice mail.  He started his message as follows:  â??Hey Chris, ___ here.  First I have to tell you that your assistant has a great manner on the telephone and is a real credit to you.â??  I donâ??t know who answered this particular call, but after receiving this kind of feedback on several occasions I donâ??t have to knowâ??the compliment applies to everyone who answers my phone (in fact, it applies to your entire staff).  I get the benefit, but the â??real creditâ?? goes to you and your staff.  -Chris
