He will tell you to the letter what he can and cannot do, discuss with you the land reliability under the proposed project, give you an honest estimate for what needs to be done to prepare the land for the load bearing specifications required, and proceed accordingly. \r

Mr Owenby and his polite and reliable crew have, on every occasion I have had the pleasure of working with him, scheduled the work as discussed and completed the jobs in a timely and professional manner. \r
