WOW, where to begin...their is not enough space to write my total astonishment for the lack of professionalism that this ""company"" ""provides"" (JOKE). It starts at the top with the owner Brown Pearson, and trickles down to that RUDE joke of a staff he calls employee's! My advice to any and all tenants that are ever thinking of renting from this company is ""do your research"", check out other reviews. If you do decide to rent from them (BIG MISTAKE)...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!! VIDEO RECORD YOUR MOVE IN. If their is a problem with them do not call, send email's that way you have proof you have talked to them for they will surely put you on the back burner if you do not follow up with them. One example, I have asked for 2 years for them to cut ONE (of the many) DEAD limbs hanging above the driveway. And only after it fell on my car did they do anything about it. I had to threaten a lawsuit for them to even pay my deductable. Word of advice STAY AWAY!!!!!!
