I used Don Anderson for the purchase of my first home. Withing the first minutes of the inspection, Don was rude and condescending. I asked questions and he was completely put out and intolerant. My real estate agent tried to ask a question and was told to read the report when he sends it. The report Don sent was mostly CYA information. There was little about the house. What was written was vague. The report was of poor quality and the service was of poor quality. He mentioned a few items but did not really go over his findings or give practical suggestions. He did not go over the report with me which is in contrast to experiences I have heard from others. The report was emailed the following day. Over all A BAD experience. What a waste of my money and time! I learned nothing. I found Don on the internet but I sure wish I would have used one of the people recommended by my real estate agent.
