Hard to get any help in the store and once you can get the attention of an employee they are not very friendly. No better luck on the phone either, they seem to put you on hold and then forget about you. \r
The bicycle I bought did not last very long with some serious yet unexplained damage to the wheel after 4 rides, but that may just have been bad luck.
