Review content:
I brought my television in to Color Television Repair Co after it would not turn on. First of all they were very rude and pretty much gave me the impression that they would look at it when they got a chance. I paid them $95.00 to take a look at it. After five days went by they called me to tell me that the television panel was burned out and needed $755.85 worth of parts and labor to fix. With the price of new television down so much I decided that it might be cheaper to buy a new one. When I went to pick up the t.v. the owner offered to buy it from me for $50.00 for parts. I thought that it sounded shady so I refused his offer and took the t.v. home. That weekend my 17 year old grandson came over and asked me what was wrong with my television. He offered to take a look at it since he is into computers and electronics. After 10 minutes he figured out that the power cord was bad. He went to an electronics store and bought a new power cord and the television worked! It has been working great for the past 5 weeks. I really think the Color Television Repair Co. was trying to cheat me out of my money and my t.v. The owner won't return my calls. Pros: They are on the northside Cons: They are thieves
