bought a 2002 trooper from these people in april. the transmission went out 2 weeks later. i paid $1000 in labor. it's been 4 months and the trooper is now back in their service department for the 4th time for a 4th transmission. \r
every time it goes back to them they keep it for a minimum of 7 days.\r
4 times!! they expect me to believe that they have actually replaced the transmission? \r
i have emailed the general manager twice and called him once and he hasn't returned either.\r
completely incompetent and absolutely horrible customer service. i'd rather eat dirt every single day of my life than ever have to speak to these deceitful humans again.\r
