Our experience at Caffe Molise was mostly a bummer. Caffe Molise has an excellent looking menu. The ambiance is nice, the art is a treat, the music is wonderful, and the service is excellent. But the food is pretty unreliable. Two of the four dishes we tried were delicious (pork entree and clam appetizer), the other two were totally blag (squash soup and salmon special). With more quality control in the kitchen the experience could have been yummy and memorable. Instead we had buyer's remorse.
