Review content:
Matt Page is a horrible agent. We had a house under contract with him, and decided to get out of it, in large part because of the agent's lack of professionalism and frank rudeness during phone conversations. He misrepresented his property from the beginning. His listing did not include one of the bedrooms, and he called the property ""crisp and perfect."" This home had the original 35-year-old roof and furnace, 22-year-old water heater, and several code issues which all required immediate replacement. He was unwilling to make any concessions to these repairs, and lied to and tried to verbally bully our agent. First, he wanted to limit our due diligence period to one week, to hinder the discovery of the extent of repairs required. Second, he informed our agent that he had fully informed her of these needed repairs (he had not). Finally, when we discussed pulling out of this property he laid claim to our earnest money (which was illegal). I would never recommend this agent to either buy or sell your home. Extremely poor negotiation skills and knowledge of real estate rules.
