We had to put our town house up for a short sale and Amanda Mendenhall was recommended to be the Realtor to help us with this. She was awesome! She made the whole process very easy for us. She answered all of our questions that we had. She was very knowledgeable. She is da bomb!! We plan on having her help us find our dream home when the time comes that we can afford to purchase a new home. So if you are looking for a GREAT Realtor call Amanda. She is fun, friendly, honest, reliable and genuine. Thanks Amanda!!!!
