I decided to get a new car and has been shopping around for quite some time. I had dealt with so many other dealerships and none were very helpful in getting me the vehicle I had wanted. I had the run-around many times. Not here though...
I called Covert and spoke to Rafael. He told me the vehicle they had was still available and I told him I would be driving from pretty far away to look at it. He was ready to help as soon as I got there, and I was test-driving the car within 5 minutes after I had arrived.
We went inside and did all of the paperwork with no hassle whatsoever. He gave me the best deals, and was very conscious with my time as I had very little time before I had to be back at work.
Little did I know, I had the car detailed and delivered to my house with a full tank of gas the next day. He took care of everything and was completely helpful with all of the financial things. It was a good car buying experience!
