I just moved to South Austin and needed to get some things dry cleaned and looked up Ricks off William Cannon. When I got there it looked run-down and empty inside. I went in and told the lady I had never been to there cleaners before. Before I could even finish my sentence the lady blurted out that they didn't take credit cards only cash or check and that you have to pay upfront before you clothes were even cleaned. I thought that was a little bizarre. I told her I didn't have cash or check and she looked at me and told me to come back before 7pm. Needless to say I will not be coming back. Customer service terrible!!
