Caution, Dangerous Chemical burns!\r
My wife got a Chemical burn from this cleaners. We just got our clothes back for Ricks Cleaners on Jollyville Rd. we noticed a smell of chemicals on them but didn?t really think much of it. My wife wore a sweater to lunch and within an hour her skin was burning. She had whelps and rashes all over her body. She is also pregnant and we are very concerned. I called the store and ask to speak to a manager they gave me another number, I called that number and a lady told me to call another number, when I called that number they said no manager was available and said call back tomorrow. None of these people seemed to care are offer to reclean my clothes. I told them I want my money back and the lady said no, your clothes got cleaned. This is inexcusable and the worse customer service I have ever seen. \r
