If you would like to live where local shootings occur weekly, and harrassing neighbors are allowed to assault you without being investigated or evicted- please feel free to sign the lease! For all those who don't prefer the 5th ward style of living, please take some time to read this review. \r \r Our stove broke in early February and it took over a month and a half for someone to even come look at it- which means no home cooked meals. When we notified the Manager ""Annette"" she pardoned the long wait because [Qoute] It wasn't her responsibility and said we have a microwave... ???!!!!! I'm sorry, but when I read the lease agreement it clearly stated that it WAS her responsibility to make reasonable repairs. I should have realized that my stove wasn't a reasonable repair, we only need it to cook food that we need to eat right? I guess that would be ok in L.A. where it's cool not to eat, but I live in Texas where it's a neccessity. I should have also realized that my A.C. leak, dishwasher, toilet, sink, and garbage disposal, were also unreasonable things to repair. \r This is by far the MOST HORRID place to live in Texas, much less the world. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO LEASE HERE TO RECONSIDER! Unless you feel like getting screwed out of money, personal safety, and the overall joy of living.\r \r Thanks,\r \r But no thanks,\r Pros: [NONE] Cons: Everything
