I am now a tenant of Parkplace. I was having a problem with the parking. I have a flat apartment. I asked the a neighbor politely to not park at my back door. The neighbor was fine with it. How about the Courtsey birmingham officer was not ok with it. He came in aggressive way to my back door, stating no assigned parking. I went to the office to tell management about the aggressiveness of the officer. It was stated in so many ways by the property manager that he can say and do what he wants too. She stated he is the courtsey officer. The Manager stated to me in s seperate call you have visitors park at your home all the time. She went into personal information about me. I am not comfortable in my apartment. With the Manager and Courtsey officer working to me uncomfortable. If you enjoy peronsal info being given to the office. Other neighbors throwing food out to feed the bird by you car. This is the place for you! I am a moderate person, I want to be treat with countsey! The property manager awful (and she she yell for the balcony uncoustomer service like things) and countsey officer needs to learn countsey!! Corp did state that this is not of them!!\r
