Review content:
Arvell Moore installed a new unit at our beach house in Port Bolivar completing the work on August 8, 2008. It seemed to be working fine when we left to go back to Pasadena in August. When we returned for our next vacation the unit was not cooling.
Since we were expecting family and had just spent $6,300 on the new unit we were kind of upset.We called Arvell Moore and we were grateful that Rex took his job so late in the evening thus allowing the repairs to be made sooner.
He used his skills and knowledge to diagnose the problems and fix them,. He seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and well being through out this experience.
