Our salesman,John McCorkel was very helpful on the day we decided to purchase a vehcile. It was a gray snowy morning on a Saturday when we decided to check out vehciles. We had told him what we were looking for and he told us he had a Honda Element that sounded like it would be a good choice for us. So we test drove it and he showed us how the seat removed or could be ""hung"" on the side to have lots of cargo space. My husband & I are avid bicyclist and haul our gear and bikes and wanted something easy to keep clean. And the idea of no carpeting was appealing to us. Easy to clean after a bike ride and can even store our bikes inside the vehicle if needed. Which we usually use a bike hitch but it is nice to have another option. John told us everything we needed to know about the Element. Such a great choice for us. And he went out of his way to make sure we got a fair price for our trade in. The manager of the dealership was very willing to make the deal work for us. We had thought we wouldn't be able to get the payment where we wanted without buying a Used vehcile but we came out with the 2010 Element and a payment that was where we wanted. WOW! Great working with a dealership that is willing to make a customer very satisfied and feel like reccommending their dealership to friends/family in the future. Thanks Inver Grove Heights Honda!
