I hadn't given them any information yet and they absolutely refused to come out to measure and quote for granite countertops unless I paid them first from a guesstimate and also said no they would not correct or change once paid and measured if wrong. But if it turned out to be more, it was open ended and I would have to pay whatever they decided it would be and no refund if it was too high and we decided not to use them. \r

Don't even bother calling them, I argued with them on the phone and by email and they didn't see how ludicrous this was because they didn't want to waste their time measuring unless we paid for the job first. \r

Go to Stone Fair in Franklin Park and talk to Chris. We went to every place and he was the best and honest, no scams or shoddy work by migrant workers like some.
