Review content:
For starters I have been here a few times before and my furry little baby and I have never been treated like this before. After this experience I will never go back! My baby is traumatized from his visit here. He was there 5 days ago and is still hiding under the coffee table.
First off they cut his skin with the trimmers. His hair is so short and uneven it looks horrible. They washed him with some shampoo that made his skin all red and itchy. The nail trim was no good either. He had no fleas when I dropped him off in the morning and was infested when I picked him up in the afternoon. Maybe the flea problem happens at a groomer I don't know, but I do know it will never happen to my baby again.
Of course i can't forget to metion the extremel rude woman that waited on me. They don't let you see your dog untill after you paid then your dog comes out looking like a 5 year old cut his hair.
