Joel ""The Carfather"" got my wife's beautiful Volvo for us. You basically tell him what you want and they will get it wholesale for you. You simply pay wholesale price plus their fee (which is decidedly less than normal retail markup). The specialize in high-end, one or two year old cars, saving you thousands off retail, and many thousands off of the new car price. I have friends who have purchased a car through Joel and then sold it two years later for the same price.
Pros: saves you money, you get a nice car.
Cons: For the more rare cars, you may have to wait until a nice one shows up at the auction.
