Review content:
Jefferson Chase is a wonderful looking apartment complex located in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio with all the things a person could desire if you are seeking a rural America setting, but the biggest surprise is the lack of parking space and utter mismanagement of the space available. Residents scramble hard to find a decent resident parking slot in fear of a ""lose-cannon"" towing agent who hauls away resident vehicles with complete disgard to the fact that residents pay to live there and have a right to park their vehicle in the complex. It truly is property manager's problem to provide adequate parking in a rural environment where there is no shortage of land or space. Getting a parking decal doesn't mean you have a parking slot nor is it a guarantee to avoid a trip to impound lot. Unfortunately, this isn't New York to walk out and find other modes of transportation either. If you own multiple vehicles this is definitely not the place for you. The local management isn't helpful at all in this situation, nor do they seem to have what it takes to merge all the parking (visitor + resident) into general parking and save it's residents a lot of agony. Well someday it may change, and I look forward to writing glowing praises, but until then use caution when looking to rent at this place. Pros: Good Ambience with Rural Ohio Setting near Columbus, Ohio Cons: Horrible Parking Conditions with Irresponsible Local Management Contracting Towing Company to Haul Away Resident Vehicles
