Review content:
I was admitted with severe chest pains. The doctor simply dismissed my symptoms as pericarditis and cleared me to drive 4 and a half hours to New York the next day. After an 2 hours into the trip the pains returned. I was admitted to a competent hospital and was diagnosed with myocarditis a much more severe issue requiring hospitalization.
Prior to this experience, they had left me in a waiting room for two hours with chest pains and shortness of breath to later find out that my blood O2 level was only at 82. Twice, they had underestimated the urgency of the situation due to complete lack of care for the patient.
Pros: The ER nurses were courteous and kind.
Cons: The ER doctors are either have no care for patient risk.
