I discoved while my car was having an oil change there that I had oil on the floor of my garage indicating that it was leaking oil BEFORE going in for an oil change. Another facility validated that the plug was stripped and if driven, it could cause damage to the car. Did Executive Car Wash find this? NO! They have either unskilled non-professionals working there OR, they did NOT change my oil. What ever the reason, they refused to refund the charges. I strongly suggest not using them for anything, even washing your car!\r
