Review content:
This is the worst home health care company I have ever dealt with. (Although, yes only the second one I have dealt with.) Their communication is horrible, they did not show up when they said they would --2 hours late-- did not send who they said they would and were EXTREMELY unprofessional once they did arrive using insulting language and disregarding normal patient fears. I am not easily offended by any means, but in a health care situation, I expect a high level of professionalism.\r
Any attempt at contacting personnel after this incident has been met with rude comments and excuses rather than attempts at rectifying the situation. I will never use this company again, even if I have to pay out of pocket-- they are that bad.\r

If you are referred to them for home health care, please explore your options before accepting them into your home. Their total disregard for proper ettiquite/concern for the patient is astounding.
Pros: they were able to properly preform the infusion
Cons: they held an extremely unprofessional demeanor and were not respectful
