Review content:
This is my first ever restaurant review and I eat out at least 3 times a week or more. I took my parents from out of town here on their anniversary and I was almost in tears by the time we left. When we walked in, the owner/host told me he tried to call me 3 times to confirm the reservation - which he did not. Then, we had to beg them to take our order and they weren't even that busy. The food took an hour and a half to get there - we were the last people sitting there and they were putting up chairs at 10:30 when we were served dinner. We had gotten there at 8pm and the restaurant was full! I pulled the waitress aside and told her how unhappy we were and she kept apologizing ""for the kitchen"" and saying she would talk to the owner. He never came out and they did anything to help ease the tense and uncomfortable situation we were put in. Do not eat here, the place should be condemned - the food tasted no better than dorm cafeteria fare.
Cons: service, food, ambience, accessibility, staff, owner
